We had used shock collars in the past but always found them a pain. This collar it amazing. Our dog reacts so well with just a single beep that we haven’t had to use the vibration or the shock to correct him. If he starts barking at the neighbours dogs he instantly stops and finds a place beside me to sit or lay calmly. This has helped his nerves and anxiety 100% I couldn’t be happier. Wish I had this three years ago when we got our dog! Now I’m recommending it to EVERYONE with a dog. It’s SO GOOD

Works just as it says it does. The vibration is so intense and irritable on it's own that we haven't had to use the shock. Which we don't ever plan on using as we tested on ourselves and OUCH! The beep is loud enough to alert (with a stern "NO!") and vibration to follow it makes for a great training tool.

This is the fourth training collar that I have owned and it is by far the best. The response is instantaneous and the battery life is very good. The lower profile of the receiver on the collar is beneficial especially for smaller dogs. The transmitter is sleek and without a long protruding antennae. Would highly recommend.

We have a 3-year-old lab/collie mix that usually is well behaved---but off leash times he gets distracted by scents and takes off or will not consistently come when called. We love going on longer hikes and not having him leashed the whole time. We are reluctant to use the shock and have focused more on the beep and vibration as so far 100% of the time, it redirects him back to us and the command he was given--and there is never an issue. We have only used it three times so far, but are happy with and the ease to set up everything. The only somewhat negative point, or more so an issue to be aware of, is that in the winter here (in Canada), you need to remove your gloves to use the remote as the buttons are relatively small.

Easy to install and setup. Works well. Hassle free so far. Very satisfied.

The first thing I noticed was that the light option for the collar just didn't work. Whether or not the shock feature works is extremely hit or miss regardless of how close the remote is to the collar. The vibration works more consistently but fails to activate every time like it's supposed to. The only feature that, so far, has worked without fail is the beeping. The reason I'm not returning this is because I didn't get it for the shock feature, but for the vibration and beeping, and, even then, I tend to stick to the beeper 9 times out of 10 so it's not a total waste of money to me personally. I'm sure I just received a defective product and, yes, it can be frustrating, but it serves its purpose since it's only used for outdoor training and off-leash time for 30-60 minutes a day in a setting without many distractions. If there were people around or other animals, this would be entirely useless.

Nearly 1000 feet of line and no issues.. when the dog hears the warning he backs right off.

Best one I bought no troubles, encircled my 5 acres, worth every cent, had cheaper ones that would burn out from drawing to much power to cover that size, I used 14ga wire as well so it would break as I just layer it in the bush

Outstanding product and top notch service.

Great product. We installed on our 1 acre property last July (2015) we haven't had a problem with it at all. The dogs learned quickly and they won't leave the yard for ANYTHING! Not even the neighbouring cat who sits on the other side of the fence line and taunts them. The instructions were easy to understand and installation took 1 day from start to finish.
